Training on point, but unexpectedly welcoming and friendly environment for a chain. Holds a high standard so the team is always strong. Great place to work in the summer, massive patio.

So many on call shifts. Servers would get called off regularly even in the summer. Literally a revolving door of employees coming and going. Once one employee orientation was over another would start immediately. Before you know you’re cut early for most shifts, and you only get 4 to 5 tables sections. Didn’t make as much as I should have during the summer. Layoffs start in August.

Management gossips a lot and leaves the heavy duty to the floor workers. Some hardworking people who need to make more are not rewarded. many workers complain and there is a woke culture prevailing which I didn't like.

Fun place to work with lots of options to pick up shifts if you get called off.

Great overall company culture. Management is there to help and cares about about quality of work life. Downfall would be getting assigned on call shifts and then getting called off.

Pretty decent for just earning money

most of the tips went to servers and managers. Managers are not very approachable. Hours are also very unpredictable and they frequently deny time off. Despite all of this it's decent if you aren't too picky.
