Job Description

The Opportunity:

As the Manager of FP&A, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support business operations and strategic decision-making. Your extensive skills in leading the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes will be highly valued in this unique role. You'll become part of a results-oriented finance function and make informed recommendations while improving processes and overall operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Enhance the financial reporting process
  • Identify and develop KPIs and KPI reporting
  • Conduct variance analyses with commentary on variances
  • Oversee the financial planning & analysis function
  • Utilize financial models to analyze trends and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functional to understand factors affecting performance
  • Implement processes to improve accuracy and efficiency


What We Need From You:

  • Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Experience leading FP&A processes
  • Familiarity with financial modelling and sales/margin, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
  • Experience in business analytics and providing insights to support decision-making
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and professionalism
