As the Heaps Estrin Marketing Manager and Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving our success.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Create compelling, high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, our magazine, blog posts, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For:

• You are a natural leader, an exceptional communicator and a highly creative person devoted to great storytelling through innovative marketing.
• You have three to four years of related content creation and marketing experience.
• Our ideal candidate is passionate about social media, customer oriented and is eager to create best-in-class strategies and creative content, leveraging both established and emerging tactics.
• Exceptional creativity, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Work experience with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency with editing apps such as CapCut and InShot.
• Must be comfortable performing minor copywriting and graphic design projects.
• A passion for our industry and a drive to constantly innovate and grow.
