The Opportunity

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Reynaers' North American financial success. This high-impact position offers the chance to shape financial strategy, optimize operations, and fuel our ongoing expansion across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee all accounting functions (AP, AR, reconciliations), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with growth objectives.
• Insightful Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely, insightful financial reports with commentary to Group. Conduct in-depth gross margin analysis to identify opportunities.
• Process Optimization and Control: Lead the development and implementation of robust financial controls and process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.
• Tax and Audit Collaboration: Ensure tax compliance through collaboration with external advisors. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal audits.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Spearhead the annual forecasting and budgeting process, providing data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including the Area Manager, HR, Customer Service, and Legal, to achieve shared objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualifications: Relevant accountancy/business qualification with 5-10 years of progressive experience.
• Commercial Acumen: A strong business mindset with an ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Results-Oriented Self-Starter: A proactive problem-solver with demonstrated success in meeting deadlines, driving efficiencies, and exceeding targets.
• Analytical Excellence: Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
• Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
