Since opening our doors in 1981, our team members have been crucial to our success. We train our chefs to a high standard and provide all of our staff members and managers with room to grow. This philosophy has lended to what we like to call our “adult summer camp” atmosphere with many remaining part of the story for over twenty-years.
Our common goal is to continue the Bridges legacy while cultivating an appreciation for culinary progress. We don’t want to be the biggest; but always strive to be the best. How will we do it? By providing the tools our people need to be successful and, more importantly, by providing personalized time and support to each individual.
