It means cooking on a cast-iron plate over an open flame, and lets you experience flavours from Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Israel, and Egypt in new, unexpected ways. At Plancha, our focus is on the very freshest local and organic ingredients and remaining true to a balanced, naturally healthy Mediterranean diet.
