Tacofino was born out of a desire to create a unique dining experience by offering quality, freshness and affordability with an environmental and nutritional conscience. Fast “Slow-Food” is a concept that really appeals to us, so we make everything from scratch and with love, but without the wait. Our menu is inspired by our world travels, taking the Baja-style taco to another level.
Described by media reviewers as "possibly the best Mexican, or at least “the best fish tacos in BC” many times, the public response has been massive. Now with the original Tofino truck, three additional trucks, a 20 seat brick and mortar in Victoria, a 40 seat restaurant in East Vancouver, a commissary kitchen, and a new 100 seat restaurant in Gastown, we are growing and moving forward with vision and vitality! We are really proud of our trucks and restaurants, and of all of the amazing people who continue to bring it all together, each and every day.
