I worked here for two months a couple years ago and it was not what I expected. The people are good (all newbies, though) and it was busy when the big movies were out but it wasn't too busy aside from then. I figured it would be a good place to make money but it just wasn't for me. I like the place as a customer and go in for a bite and a beer every now and then.

Boston Pizza has been the only job I've had in the restaurant industry so far for good reasons. I started as a host and then I moved into bussing before reaching server. It's a good team and our bosses are all encouraging of our growth. When I first started I didn't think I'd last long there (I thought I'd move on to another restaurant after getting my feet wet in the industry) but I'm here 3 years later.

Once you've been to one BP you've been to all of them but what sets them apart from other restaurants is the staff. We're like a family and it's easy to make friends when working so closely together, especially during the rushes. Game nights are busy, obviously, but it's decently steady during the non-game days - though there is always something being shown on the TVs and massive screen.

If you're looking to get a foot in the door, apply here. But, don't be surprised if you find yourself still here a few years later! *You have been warned!* =)
