I found the management to be supportive, professional, and well-organized. The training was exceptional, structured and hands-on, and it set me up with strong service fundamentals that other employers genuinely value. That said, the staff culture could sometimes feel a bit toxic, which made certain shifts less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to build your resume and sharpen your skills if you’re able to navigate the social dynamics.
