Lunch Lady began in a humbled street food stall in Vietnam, established in 1995. Her daily rotating soup cart rose to global fame after she was featured on Anthony Bourdain's show "No Reservations". Now, the legendary famous "Lunch Lady" teamed up with local chefs to create chef inspired street fusion food and opened its first location in North America. Since opening in 2020, Lunch Lady has been listed on top 100 Canada's best new restaurants among other awards to date.
