We are a restaurant with Argentine culinary identity. Our food is deeply defined by the great immigration, grating a very extensive gastronomic vocabulary. The seasons set the pace and profile of our kitchen.

Fire is always present as an unequivocal part of our cuisine and identity.

Job Description:
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
OR
2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte andor buffet menus
Ensure all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards & expectations
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned.
