Reporting to the General Manager and/or the Assistant General Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for assisting and participating in daily Front of House operations in accordance with Boston Pizza standards.
This position has lots of growth potential with the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Foster a positive company culture.
o Assist and supervise the team in all steps of Guest Experience.
o Ensures any Guest concerns are handled according to BP standards.
o Perform daily pre-shift meetings, checklists, and logs with the front of house team.
o Assist management with interviewing, hiring, evaluations, and training when required.
o Set up restaurant before the shift and/or reset at end of the day.
o Other duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
o Prior restaurant experience required.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
o Positive interpersonal skills required.
o A positive and team-oriented attitude.
o Passion for Hospitality and for producing Guest Experiences every day.
o You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
o Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
o Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
o Able to direct and supervise staff.
o Must work well within a restaurant team culture.
o Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation: Hourly wage plus tips!
