Casa Fuego is looking to add to our Back Of House Team.
If cooking over wood and charcoal fires, ceviche, or any aspect of Peruvian cuisine is of interest to you, we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, be comfortable with butchery, and be able to confidently run their own station.
This position is a 4-day work week.
As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards.
The Cook will assist the Chef with preparation, as well as learn to produce the same quality with proper training.
The Cook will prepare all of the food outlined by the Chef.
The Cook will adhere to the standards of the Chef and use correct handling of all food products.
Date Available: July 10th, 2019
Compensation: $700 - $800 / week
