Minimum two to three years working in a busy kitchen at the premium casual level with one year in a supervisory role
Experience using standard recipes
Experience managing food and labour costs
Experience with inventory systems and ordering
Experience leading a team of up to 30 cooks, with initial training and ongoing development
Strong communicator, always working towards positivity
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to lift 50 pounds required
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is an asset
Red Seal or equivalent certification is an asset
Up to Date Food Safety Training
Date Available: August 19th, 2019
Compensation: Depending on experience.
