The Libretto Restaurant Group is currently searching for a Sous Chef to join our team at Enoteca Sociale.
Who we are: We’re the best pasta you’ve ever had and so much more! We’re inspired by the Italian classics and are known for putting our own spin on them using only local and seasonal ingredients.
Why we need you: We’re growing! We’ve got an amazing group of leaders on our team and want to add some talent to the roster. We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic candidates who love the restaurant industry and want to learn and expand on their culinary knowledge and abilities.
Here’s what you would do: As a Sous Chef you would be responsible for planning and executing Enoteca’s classic dishes, as well as new menu items to the highest standards. This role will give you first-hand experience in how to manage a high-volume kitchen while sharpening your performance management and leadership skills.
