About the Assistant General Manager
We’re looking for experienced front-of-house managers to join our team.

The role of the assistant general manager is straightforward – to manage a successful pub or restaurant. To hire and develop a great team that gives guests a superb experience every time. To keep turnover and costs low. And to do everything else it takes to run a great establishment.
If this all sounds right for you, here’s who we’re looking for:
o You are at least 21 years of age.
o You have 3+ years experience as a pub or restaurant front-of-house manager.
o You have formal education in the restaurant and hospitality field (ex. college or university).
o You have basic math skills and experience operating a cash register or POS system.
o You are able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to five hours).
o You are able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
o You have stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
o Food handlers certificate
o Smart Serve Certified
o First Aid Certification an asset
o Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 Certification an asset
o Reliable transportation
