We’re looking for an experienced culinary leader to take one of our beautiful waterfront locations in Toronto.
Our restaurants are iconic in their neighbourhoods. Each one is unique, reflecting and serving the community in which it’s located. This location is rooted in a culinary experience and the right candidate need to be hands on in helping us carve out our culinary direction for this restaurant.

The role of the Chef is straightforward – to manage a successful kitchen with strong leadership, creativity and excellent communication skills. We strive to hire and develop a great team that gives guests a superb experience every time.
If this all sounds right for you, here’s who we’re looking for:
o A minimum of 2 years of previous management experience
Effective problem solver
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to multi-task and make decisions in a fast paced environment
Strong leadership skills – must be able to direct, supervise and coach staff
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.
o Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to five hours).
o Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
o Have stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
o Food handlers certificate
o First Aid Certification an asset
o Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 Certification an asset
o Reliable transportation

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 ++
