About the Regional Operations Manager

The role of the Regional Operations Manager is straightforward – to manage a successful group of restaurants and to develop great teams within each locations. To inspire to lead and to get the best out of each and every one of our people.
If this all sounds right for you, here’s who we’re looking for:
o You are at least 21 years of age.
o You have 5+ years’ experience as a restaurant General Manager and or 2+ years' Multi-Unit Experience and love leading large teams!
o You have formal education in the restaurant and hospitality field (ex. college or university).
o You are a strong leader who believes in getting the best from their people!
o You are looking to grow your career in the Hospitality Industry and want to be a part of something special!
o You have a proven track record of getting great results from the people around you!
