Games Entertainers are responsible for bringing the night alive, they work individually or as teams to host, motivate and hype up the arena patrons. You will increase guest loyalty by building a client network and promoting events and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts play in accordance with policies and procedures. This includes dealing on the stage as well as hosting on the floor of the gaming area.
  • Acts in an animated fashion to host an unforgettable gaming experience with ability to control the mood of the entertainment room from high energy club to daytime VIP gaming experience.
  • Maintains a high level of customer service and customer relations through friendly, courteous, entertaining, professional and knowledgeable conduct.
  • Smiles, makes eye contact, greets customers, thanks customers for patronage when the customer leaves the area.
  • Maintains an appropriate game pace in accordance with company standards and maintains proper game security.
  • Ensures the cleanliness of the table and their work area.
  • Promotes events and marketing initiatives ensuring that customer service and knowledge is provided to guests.
  • Builds relationships with guests to enhance customer loyalty and develop the casino's business.
  • Ensures guest needs are met in a timely manner and creates a positive lasting impression by going above and beyond.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with others in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to be friendly, courteous, and entertaining with a positive customer service style
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport in a professional manner with all customers, both external and internal and assist guests using patience, tact and diplomacy
  • Proven to be detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role is an asset
  • Previous experience in Entertainment and Acting is an asset
  • Previous experience in a Casino environment is an asset
  • Work as a Promoter, Promotions Host or in a night club environment considered an asset
