The Position

This position is responsible for Player Tracking supporting the on-site marketing team with administration, projects and initiatives to enable the achievement of marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking the average bets, length of play, denominations of players and rewarding customers based on play levels.
  • Assists in the development, and execution of all marketing programs, events and promotions.
  • Performs audits to ensure proper implementation of promotions.
  • Retains a solid and updated knowledge of marketing policies and procedures. Helps to answer inquiries and support the implementation of policies and procedures.

What You’ll Require

  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, web browsers and social media platforms
  • Detail oriented, resourceful and efficient.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
  • One year of marketing experience and/or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • Current enrollment in post-secondary diploma/degree in business, marketing or equivalent or, Post-secondary diploma/degree in business, marketing or equivalent
