This role will require the Brunch Supervisor to focus and on customer service, revenue building, delivery of product, staffing, cleanliness and maintenance. (Supported by our GM, Bar manager, and strong BOH team), In addition to monitoring food quality and consistency, conducting one-on-one training, motivating team members through providing coaching and feedback.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for a leadership position in a well-structured yet comfortable team environment and is looking for an autonomous role.

This position is a part-time job, you will be working on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
• Management experience is a must
• Hospitality experience is a must
• Previous experience working with a POS system
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize
• Engage in a customer first environment
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting
