we are seeking an experienced service manager to join our team and manage the service and the restaurant for our third floor restaurant: kojin
what we expect from you:
you will need exceptional leadership skills with proven experience to control service and the floor for this high volume restaurant. strong training and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high level of initiative to continuously improve the operations of the restaurant.
you will play a principal role in working with the rest of your fellow management to drive and improve service by adhering to and improving restaurant policy and procedure with a focus on staff and guest satisfaction. you will assist with the ongoing recruitment and selection of your team while maintaining a strong focus on developing foh staff with a drive to further positive communication, motivation, and continuous training.
