Are you looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in a new venue in Downtown Toronto?

Duties and Responsibilities

· Enjoy working in a team environment
· Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant
· Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs
· Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Good time-management skills
· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
· Food Safe Certificate
· Diploma from a culinary school is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must take pride in their work and work environment
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits

Reports to: Executive Chef, Sous Chef
