Sous Chef position at an exciting waterfront North Vancouver restaurant.
Located on the waterfront just steps away from Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus, PIER 7 has two of the most beautiful patios in the city.
Candidate must have:
Minimum two years kitchen management experience, be fast paced, experienced, business minded and able to manage in a high volume environment.
Responsible for Leading, Training, and motivating the kitchen team.
Effectively managing food services and assisting Head Chef managing Staff
Ability to read the FOH (being prepared for rushes, and delegate during slow periods)
A true passion for food and a high standard of diligence for your work.
