Donnelly Group is seeking experienced kitchen staff to join our growing team. The opportunity to grow and learn new skills in this position is excellent. We are a growing company with the potential of moving up the culinary ranks. Multiple positions and locations available around Vancouver area.We are a busy pub/restaurant group and looking for a full time and part time team members, the candidate must be flexible in their work schedule and be able to work; days , nights and weekends. We are professional kitchen and require a professional attitude.
We make everything in house and therefore the person we're looking for must have a minimum 3years experience and will learn a new skill set that includes: knife skills, veg prep, sauces, butchery, baking, brunch ,lunch and dinner service as well as learn leadership on the line.
Prepare and cook menu items to specifications
Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
Follow and execute company recipes
Following daily duties and responsibilities
A passion for food and excellent service.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same industry.
Must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as in a solo capacity.
Ability to work under pressure and be able to work in a volume kitchen.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Multitasking and Organizational skills are essential.
Impeccable knife skills are ideal.
Culinary school is an asset but not necessary
