We are currently seeking to hire a high energy, dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our highly successful management team at the Sandbar Seafood Restaurant.
Responsibilities and essential job functions for this position include but are not limited to:
Supporting your General Manager and Executive Chef in the overall operation of the restaurant.
Leading and supporting your team while nurturing the restaurant’s positive culture.
Sustaining an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Participating in the recruitment process for all positions within the restaurant.
Extensive experience as a restaurant Floor Manager in a high volume environment.
Proven track record of success in creating an exceptional customer dining experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Inventory control experience would be considered an asset.

Compensation: Package $60,000 + based on experience
