Donnelly Group is currently looking to fill Bar Manager roles in its Public Houses with people who are passionate about working in fast-paced social atmospheres and embodying authentic publican traits. Consideration given to applicants with a strong sense of culture, community and genuine compassion for hospitality.
*Weekly front of house ordering/receiving for liquor, wine, beer and non-alc
*Ongoing inventory management to ensure accurate par levels
*Bar cleanliness and organization including coolers and stock rooms
*Cost of goods sold (COGS) management and invoice tracking
*Weekly bar audits
*Assist with recruiting and training of new bartender hires
*MOD duties and floor coverage as necessary
*Assist in writing the bar schedule
*Champion the product list with proper pouring and perfect recipe use
*Track inventory effectively to reduce product list & waste
*Attend weekly Management operations meeting
*Ensure cleaning duties and checklists are being completed daily
*Conduct scheduled inventory counts with third party auditor

This beachfront hangout served as The Calling prior to being renovated and renamed The Three Brits in Summer 2013. The name pays homage to the three men known as “The Three English Greenhorns” or “The Three Brits” who settled the West End in the late 1800’s.
The Three Brits serves as the West End’s first craft beer house, featuring 10 taps of BC and American craft beer. The room is small, stylish and perched overlooking English Bay.
