We are looking for full-time or part-time dishwashers to be part of our team!
- Operate industrial dishwasher:
- Wash & sanitize plate-ware, glassware, racks, pots, pans, and utensils within prescribed standards of cleanliness and efficiency, using dishwasher or by hand.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature during sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain adequate levels of detergents and other cleaning supplies
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
- Adhere to all sanitary and health-related protocols
- Receive and store supplies/goods in kitchens or storage areas.
- Regularly maintain restaurant cleanliness (inside and outside perimeters): Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping (including parking lot area)
- Empty/clean/sanitize all trash receptacles.
- Complete assigned deep cleaning duties, e.g. scrubs wall, cleans walk in cooler/freezer, scrubs sidewalk, dumpster area.
- Assist other service and kitchen personnel as needed, especially during peak times.
Compensation: negotiable depending on experience + tip out
