The primary goal of the Food and Beverage Service Manager is to ensure that the customer service experience is of the highest level throughout the Casino Floor and QSR food and beverage facilities.
The position requires a self-motivated professional with excellent problem solving skills and is responsible for front-of-house activities and customer feedback analysis. With excellent management skills the incumbent will lead our outstanding service team to improve customer loyalty and food quality.
