PH Restaurants LP (dba Pizza Hut) is looking for a responsible and accountable leader to effectively manage the operations of a restaurant during an assigned shift or in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). The AGM will become proficient in all aspects of restaurant operations in preparation for advancement to an RGM position
The position involves directly performing hands-on operational work on an on-going basis to train and provide feedback to employees, respond to customer service needs and for the purpose of role-modelling appropriate skills and behaviours in the restaurant. The AGM supports the RGM in sales and profit planning, scheduling staff, counting and ordering inventory and supplies, and regularly maintaining safety and health standards in stores.
Other responsibilities include providing assistance in recruiting and hiring new Team Members and Shift Managers using approved tools and systems.
This individual must have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate an ability to problem-solve and coach others. Candidates require basic business accounting skills and experience in Management.
