We at Sky High Hospitality are hiring a team of experienced bartenders/ mixologist for our upcoming NEW project, Clove - The Art of Dining (Indian fusion). Our menu is globally inspired, yet upholding the traditional Indian roots. Radiating the aura of Indian fine dining restaurant.
Requirements
A passion for learning and a true team player.
A strong problem solver with an insatiable desire to impact performance.
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Humility coupled with a good sense of humour.
Language: English. Hindi and Punjabi are an asset not required.
Candidate must be over 19 years and plus
- Must have valid "Serving It Right"
- Have at least one year of bartending experience in fast paced environment, COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
- Able to close at night and can work independently
- Must be able to take some tables for serving during slow time
-Outgoing, fun, engaging personality
-Strong sense of urgency
-Product knowledge related to liquor / wine / beer (IMPORTANT)
- passion for hospitality, service and food
Wage depends on the experience, Can be discussed . We are only looking for full time position. .
