Job Description

Experience

3- 5 years in customer service or hospitality

Prior supervisory or leadership experience is often preferred

Skills

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to lead and train staff

Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Ability to multitask during busy shifts

Basic math and cash-handling

Familiarity with POS systems

Knowledge

Customer service standards

Basic food safety and sanitation

Opening/closing procedures

Scheduling and staff management

Personal Qualities

Reliable and punctual

Professional and friendly

Organized and calm under pressure

Education/Certifications

High school diploma or GED (usually required)

Food safety certification (like ServSafe) often preferred

Hospitality training is a plus, but not necessary
