Founded in 2008, BarChef has been recognized globally as a leader in the cocktail industry. We run a pop-up bar for the months of November and December in The Well and are looking for a host for this season. This fun concept serves cocktails in a yurt with outdoor seating and fun seasonal cocktails. We are looking for a hard working bar back to join our team.
A bar back is an essential member of the bar team, ensuring the bartenders can create cocktails in a timely manner. This position ensures the flow of service is consistent by assisting the team completing various tasks.
Availability requirements:
- Wednesday - Sunday
Bar Back duties:
- assisting bartenders
- cleaning and polishing glassware
- restocking
- taking payments for orders
- bussing tables
Expectations:
- Anticipating bartender's needs, ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type:
- Part-time / Full time, seasonal
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Work Location: In person
- Smart Serve is Required
