We are looking for an experienced chef to help develop our delivery menu items. You will be in charge of executing the menu from supplier to customer as well as seasonal menu changes. Harvest Green is a healthy fast casual restaurant serving over 1000 people daily. The company was built on a one goal in mind, to provide our guests with food they can feel good about in a way which is accessible in both speed and value. We do this by continually improving food systems, cooking methods and recipes. We create simple recipes and use fresh ingredients that we prepare daily.
Development of culinary offers and seasonal menu items
Menu design and direction
Oversee kitchen operations and improvements
Develop prep sheets, maintain costing sheets and inventory counts
Training of kitchen staff
Maintain food cost targets
Develop menu pricing strategies
A passion for cooking good real food and leadership skills to operate a kitchen
5+ years of experience in high volume restaurant setting
Knowledge of current restaurant industry and food trends
Open mindedness and creativeness
You prioritize organization and cleanliness
