Job Description

Position: Hospitality Marketing Manager
Location:Wellington St. W and Portland Street

Join our growing team at ICONINK, a full service international hospitality company and lifestyle brand, based out of Toronto.

ICONINK is currently recruiting a Hospitality Marketing Manager to manage our brands including Byblos, Patria, Figo and other ICONINK brands.

The Hospitality Marketing Manager will oversee a large food and beverage portfolio and be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing and PR activities, including public relations (PR), events, social media and graphics. Key components of this position include creating consumer insights, monitoring trends, creating marketing strategies and plans, developing integrated campaigns, and monitoring/improving market results.

Main Responsibilities:
-Partner with senior leadership to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget designed to drive awareness, traffic and sales
-Understand and maintain each brands identity and ensure marketing activities and promotions are properly communicated both internally and externally through PR, Social
Media and other effective promotional strategies
-Manage and support all SEM/SEO initiatives
-Manage department operations planning, budgeting, hiring, outsourcing
-Oversee key agency relationships; including media buying, public relations, consumer experience to ensure excellence in execution and meaningful ROI
-Liaise with each venue’s leadership team, including but not limited to the management and kitchen teams.
-Analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting.
-Work with other members of the marketing team to provide creative direction for programming and initiatives
-Work closely with Graphic Designers to develop a strong visual signature and identity for all brands
-Provide directive to junior marketing team members to manage, and grow each brands’ digital presence through paid and organic digital platforms
-Perform other duties as required or assigned

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and/or equivalent experience
-4+ years of progressive marketing experience
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Solid business acumen and strategic business sense
-In depth knowledge / expertise of the hospitality / food & beverage service industry
-Excellent creative problem-solving skills
-High achievement motivation – demonstrated results orientation
-Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills, and the ability to apply consistent attention to needs of the business
-Creative thinker, results-driven, team player
-Must be well-versed in the event landscape, pop culture, and current events that are relevant to our client demographic
