Lardo is an intimate restaurant dedicated to warm and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a refined, personable, and genuinely hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our small, dedicated team.
Who You Are
You bring a blend of professionalism and personality — someone who values genuine connection just as much as technical skill. You’re confident behind the bar, comfortable on the floor, and committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive, and polished service in both the dining room and the bar
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with consistency and care
Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Support the team during service and contribute to a smooth, collaborative environment
Uphold Lardo’s standards of hospitality, pacing, and guest experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a similar role (serving and/or bartending)
Strong wine knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly
Confidence in delivering refined, guest-focused hospitality
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
