• Familiar with building maintenance, air filters, plugged drains, and best practices for safety consciousness.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and good work ethic.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects
• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends
