The Libretto Restaurant Group, operators of Pizzeria Libretto & Enoteca Sociale, are currently searching for Pizzaiolos. We are looking for a genuine person who is eager to learn, grow and be part of a close-knit team. The Libretto pizzaiolos receive certified training in their skills to ensure that the integrity of the true Neapolitan Pizza experience is maintained here at Libretto. Each Libretto pizzaiolo is trained to ensure successful completion of the four main steps in the pizza making process: dough making, stretching, dressing and baking as well as upholding our high standards of service.

• Prepare quality, consistent and well-presented food items to company standard
• Ensure all guidelines and recipes are met and adhered to
• Ensure that the dough maintains consistency where all the steps of the dough making process are followed strictly
• Complete all specified opening set up, closing shut down and side duties
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and equipment
• Assist teammates whenever necessary
• Ensure a sense of urgency with all tasks
• Be aware of and report necessary maintenance to supervisor
• Practice proper food safety procedures and safe work environment standards
• Maintain a good working relationship with all departments
• Complete all other duties as assigned
• Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement

• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Certificates required Food Handler and WHMIS
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Must posses a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
• Flexible schedule; including daytime, evenings and weekends
• Outstanding organizational and time management
• Physically fit and can carry light loads up to 40 pounds
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Be able to work in a hot, and loud environment for long periods of time
• Strong sense of ethics, values
• Passionate about food, wine and all things service related
• Results driven
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Professional appearance
