About the Role:
As a Server, you’ll be the face of our hospitality. We’re looking for warm, attentive individuals who can bring our food and drinks to life through genuine service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guests feel cared for and leave wanting to return again and again.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve guest satisfaction through friendly, attentive service
• Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Guide guests through the menu and make personalized suggestions
• Communicate any dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen
• Ensure that meals and beverages are served in a timely manner
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Handle payments and maintain cleanliness of your section
• Work collaboratively with the front and back of house team
Requirements:
• Valid Serving It Right Certificate
• 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Strong work ethic, able to work in fast-paced environments
• Team player with strong communication
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine is a plus, but not required as long as you’re willing to learn
• Must be able to communicate in English, speaking Thai is an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
