We are seeking an experienced Chef who can contribute to both the kitchen and the omakase counter with artistry, discipline, and teamwork. You will work closely with the owner to craft and execute high-quality dishes while ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
・Lead food preparation and oversee daily kitchen operations
・Lead the Omakase counter and course experience, ensuring quality and flow
・Maintain high culinary and aesthetic standards across all dishes
・Support seasonal menu development, systemize kitchen operations, and conduct staff training
・Monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste
・Ensure hygiene, safety, and consistency in all kitchen activities
Required or Desired Skills:
・Minimum 6 months of experience as a chef (Japanese cuisine experience preferred) is required
・Advanced proficiency in the Japanese language or higher is a plus
・Quick learner with adaptability to new methods and environments
・Takes ownership and demonstrates strong responsibility in all aspects of work
・Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and composure under pressure
・Strong sense of teamwork and leadership
