The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Preparing/cooking menu items to spec
- Ensuring sanitary cooking conditions are followed, appropriate Food Safe handling as well as daily cleaning duties
The qualified candidate would have the ability to work under a high pressure environment and have a minimum of 1 yr experience working in a fast paced restaurant/pub. Must be available on weekends and late nights.
