Sprezzatura is a modern Italian restaurant with an established team, systems, and loyal guest base.

We’re looking for a career-minded Service Manager who can step in, strengthen what’s working, and bring consistency, leadership, and attention to detail to every shift.

The Role

You’ll be a hands-on floor leader working alongside the Chef and management team to:

• Run clean, consistent service every shift
• Lead and support the FOH team with clarity and accountability
• Maintain and refine existing systems (not reinvent them)
• Build relationships with regulars and elevate guest experience
• Handle issues calmly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant
• Strong service fundamentals and floor awareness
• Comfortable stepping into an established operation and improving it
• Wine + Italian food knowledge (or a genuine interest in it)
• Professional, steady, and team-oriented
