The Red Accordion is looking to add to our team!!
We opened our doors in 2019 and since then have established a solid reputation for great atmosphere, service, food and drinks. We are a small, independently run mom & pop shop and we take a ton of pride in what we do. As we continue to grow we are looking to add more team members for both front and back of house positions. Both full time and part time positions are available. Front of house we are looking for bartenders and hostesses and for back of house we're looking for daytime prep cooks and evening line cooks.
Management & Shift Leaders - Applicants for management should have a minimum of 5 years industry experience, ideally in many different positions. We are looking for strong, confident leaders who are comfortable leading our team through a busy service. Applicants must be punctual and responsible with good organizational skills. Ideally we are looking for applicants who can serve/bartend a couple days a week then pick up more of a supervisory position a few days a week. Bartenders - We're looking for a solid bartender with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and cocktails. Being strong on the well and able to handle volume is crucial since we are a cocktail heavy restaurant. Candidates must be able to do closing shifts but we are also looking for bartenders for our opening shifts, where you'll not only be opening the bar but running lunch service as well. We are looking for reliable, punctual bartenders with a good attitude, so if this is you please send your resume!
Sous Chef/Kitchen Leadership - We are looking for strong BOH team members to help support kitchen operations and team management. We are looking for a Sous Chef but also shift leading/management positions. As the second in command the Sous Chef is responsible for problem solving, leadership and duties when our chef isn't around, and when our chef is their role is to assist him in running the BOH duties. Applicants must be strong at managing kitchen staff, writing and executing prep lists and ensuring all staff are following their tasks precisely. Cleanliness and strong organization skills are a top priority, as well as ensuring consistency in our dishes and quality control. Line Cooks - Full and part time available. A strong knowledge base and willingness to learn are a must and late availability is helpful as we do our kitchen last call at 10:30. We have a great team and have big plans so we're looking for some more all stars to join us!! $20 - $22 an hour plus tips depending on experience.
Prep Cooks - Full and part time positions available. Candidates must be punctual, organized and able to multitask. We operate a very farm to table, from scratch kitchen so any potential employee must be able to prep efficiently. Shifts generally start around 10am during the week and 8am-9am on weekends when we do brunch.
