We are a 60-seat modern restaurant & bar with a global fusion menu based strongly on shared plates, craft brews, fun cocktails and local wines. Located at W. 15th Ave. and Granville Street, we boast a beautiful dining room, a full bar and a 16-seat patio in the summer months.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Complete prep duties as directed by Executive Chef and Sous Chef
Prepare menu items in a first class manner to our guests
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
Be passionate about your craft
Rotate inventory to minimize food waste/spoilage and use par levels to benefit our minimal storage space
Ensure good lines of communication amongst the department staff
Follow company policies and procedures and to enforce these as required
Date Available: December 10th, 2019
Compensation: $15 to $16/hour plus tips
Other Positions: Line Cook / Chef de Partie
Requirements: Food Safe Level 1, Work Permit Necessary
