Job Description

From the team that brought you aware winning cocktail bar 'Laowai' (Canada's nest new bar - Canada's top 100), We are hiring for a new and exciting concept in historic Chinatown.

This concept will offer a unique experience and we are seeking talented and passionate hospitality individuals to join our opening team.

Summary of Position:
Follow the Three Kingdoms Hospitality standards to support the team to execute efficient guest service, beverage
preparation and bar cleanliness. Provide a clean and sanitary environment for both co-workers and guests alike.

Duties & Responsibilities:
including but not limited to:
● Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
● A desire for continuing education and self-study surrounding cocktails, spirits and bartending.
● Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing
coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
● Wash and sterilize glassware.
● Helping the bartending team with ad-hoc requests throughout service.
● Quickly, quietly, and efficiently clean up any spills or breakage on site.
● Monitor the cleanliness of all on site washrooms and ensure all sanitary bathroom products are stocked.
● Must always be a team player and an ambassador for the company.
● Clear and reset tables and the bartop.
● Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the venue including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
● Perform daily cleaning initiatives as outlined in staff manuals.
● Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the Bar Manager and/or Management team.
● Assist with all closing duties
● Assist with the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
● Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the venue as directed by the
Management team.
● Any other duties as assigned by the employer.
● Have a strong commitment to self-development.

Qualifications
● Be the age of majority in the province of employment.
● Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with
coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
● Be observant and thorough.
● Possess a valid SIN or Working Visa.

● Possess a valid Serving it Right certificate or equivalent.
● Interest in the hospitality industry; previous entry-level experience in a bar or restaurant is not mandatory, but
will be considered a plus.
● Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy
items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
