Prepare and cook menu items
Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
May assist in menu development and creation of daily features
May assist in cost control, monitoring and ordering of supplies
Min 3 year’s experience in similar sized restaurant
FOOD SAFE certification
Developing knowledge of all cooking methods
Ability to deal with high-pressure environments
Registration in an apprenticeship program is an asset or Red Seal certified
