What You will do:
• Collaborate with our Sales Team to prequalify leads from website traffic & trade shows and pass information through to the Sales team.
• Create and maintain forward-moving conversations with potential clients to create a positive customer service experience. Answering emails, and questions and providing education through marketing literature and videos.
• Organize architectural plans submitted by our clients and create Quote Information Sheets to submit to our estimating team using information from our clients.
• Reviewing, sending, and following up with proposals to potential clients.
• Work with Sales Team to help establish relationships with contractors in our markets.
• Assist in the execution of communication such as writing/editing copy for presentations, blog posts, and other sales/marketing materials.
• Assist the Sales Team with product sample packages for clients and work with our suppliers to keep our showroom up to date with current product offerings.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing customer specification sheets.
• Maintain accurate weekly records of sales in our internal management software.
• Provide support to the Sales Team where needed including scheduling meetings, and phone calls, and aiding with various administrative tasks.

• Construction experience is an asset.
• Professional experience in sales, marketing, business, and software development is an asset.
• Experience in our industry would also be an asset or a post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing, communications, & or business.

Compensation:
$22-28 per hour
