Scope for the position:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for the management of Outside Account Managers in the Ontario & Atlantic territory. This position also implements strategic plans for key accounts and ensures that they are executed by the Outside Account Managers. Additionally, this position is responsible to meet and exceed department objectives.
Basic function of the position:
The responsibility of this role includes mentoring the team, customer relationship management, contract negotiation, strategic business, and marketing planning along with data analysis to determine and ensure targets are met. The RSM will foster a team selling environment working with and reporting regularly to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
