Our client, a leading customer service provider, is seeking multiple Remote Call Center Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (Must be located in New Brunswick)
Pay Range: $21/ HR to start
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent (Dental benefit, 3 weeks vacation)
Shifts: Monday to Friday Day shift
What’s the Job?
• Handle high-volume customer calls
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Utilize computer skills for assessments and tasks
• Adapt to rotating shifts, 7 days/week availability

What’s Needed?
• Experienced in work from home call center environment
• Internet connection (not wifi)
• Live in Canada in the last 6 years
• Computer literacy
• Private home office setup
• Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed and smartphone
• Able to pass security clearance and bankruptcy check.
