As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing store operations, and fostering a culture of excellence within your assigned district.

DESCRIPTION

• Sales and Performance Management: Oversee the sales performance of multiple stores within your district. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that all stores within your district adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards. Implement operational initiatives to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to store managers and their teams. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Merchandising and Inventory Management: Work closely with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure effective merchandising, and maximize product availability.
• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach across all stores, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive profitability.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to safety, security, and legal obligations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in retail management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed.
